It was a pleasure working with Julie and Nick on the sale of our property. They understand the suburb, the pricing within the area, and the buyer. Nothing was a problem, communication was often and the entire process was handled very professionally.

Julie had a great understanding of the local market & worked tirelessly to give prospective buyers timely inspections & then followed up with feedback to us about what the prospective buyers did & didn't like about the property. She was patient and understanding during the negotiation phases of the sale which made our decision making easier.
